I'm running for anyone who has ever suffered or lost someone to cancer! Lets raise some money!
I never really got to know my Grandmothers, they both passed away when I was younger, both from cancer. I have small memories with them both that I cherish deeply but wish I had had more time with them. 4 years ago my mom herself had a cancer scare, The Queen she is, She fought and with help she beat it, staying clear to this day! Cancer affects all of us in some way, wether it is someone we love or someone we know...I also run this race in loving memory of my friend Natalie's Father, John Dowdle, who passed away last year sadly losing his fight with cancer. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and help save lives. If I can help raise awareness and raise any money towards fighting it, I will!
