I'm taking part in a Race for Life 10k to raise money and help us get a step closer to finding a cure. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime and cancer has affected people close to me so I would be so grateful for any donation no matter how big or small to help reach my target. I am not a runner and haven’t done any form of running for a while so I will train as hard as I can so that I can run as much of the 10k as possible.
CAUSE
Our work has helped double cancer survival in the UK in the last 50 years. Despite this incredible progress, there’s more to be done. Nearly 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. Help us carry out world-class research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer.
