I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to kick cancer's butt. Everyone knows someone who has been affected, we have a common goal in trying to defeat this disease. Help me make a difference.
My Story
Everyone knows someone who has battled with cancer. Some of the fights have been valiantly won, some of the fights are raging on, and some of the fights tragically lost. Statistics say that 1 in every 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lifetime. I believe there is a cure, just as we have found cures for other diseases throughout history. Every penny raised will help in that mission to discover the cure and eradicate the disease for good. Please consider sponsoring me. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
