In memory of
Grandad Tom and Ann
Me and Jacob have both been affected by cancer in our different ways. Jacob lost his pops (his mothers), and My grandad has gone through treatment and my auntie is currently undergoing treatment. I have also lost a very close family friend, my mums best friend. All we ask is you to donate for the cause and we realise there is millions of stories out there. So this is to fight the battle against cancer and finally win it, so anything will help. Thank you all once again, please support cancer research!
