My Story
Thank you for visiting my Fundraising Page. I plan to cut my super long hair to donate it to someone who has lost their hair due to cancer treatment. I love my hair and have been growing it for a long time, but I know that this will make such a difference to someone else and I can grow my hair again. I plan to donate 50cm(20inches) of hair on Saturday 17th July and I can’t wait to really make a difference and give someone back their long red hair. I wanted to raise funds to also support a charity close to my heart for my Grandad. The money I raise will help fund life-saving research and to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured.
CAUSE
Bowel cancers
Each year, around 44,100 people are diagnosed with bowel cancer in the UK. That’s around 120 people every single day. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat bowel cancer.
