My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. My nan worked for many years at the Cancer research shop up untill she was no longer able to work. My family also lost my grandad in November 18 he had the all clear from cancer but with the illnes he got diabetes. But if it was for cancer research he wouldnt have had the extra time that he got from when he was told he had cancer. so please sponsor me now.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
