10 years we 4 have been running our socks off so this year we're smashing all our targets!

My Story
10 years ago, the 4 of us ran our first Race for Life, together with Karen and Holly. Sadly, we lost Karen to cancer in the intervening years but we've kept on running every year and raised thousands of pounds for Cancer Research UK in the process. So this is our 10th race together and we're determined to make it a record year. This year also marks 5 years of 'all clear' since Laura was diagnosed with breast cancer so we're celebrating too. You've always dug deep to help us reach amazing targets and I know you will again. Thanks in advance and here's to the next 10 years!

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
