Laura's Race for Life

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. I’m not normally the person to share personal life experiences but I will do whatever it takes to raise more money for this amazing charity. As many know my nanny nana passed away from cancer over 5 years ago, it broke my heart in pieces and I never thought I would feel pain like that again until recently I found out myself I have a grade 3 cancerous incurable brain tumour I’ve already under gone 2 lots of brain surgery this year to remove the tumour and in the next coming weeks will start radiotherapy and chemotherapy to kill the remaining cells. You never think something like this could happen to yourself but with donations and fundraising we can beat this disease sooner and help more people who are suffering.
