My Story
So the exercise dodgers are getting moving.....I don’t think either of us have ran since doing cross country at school many years ago. And since having our children we have spent more time eating cake together than exercising! So one morning 5 weeks ago I sneakly signed Sal and I up for this 5k (she took it well!) What a better way to get fit and raise money for a cause close to both of our hearts. I honestly didn’t believe either of us were so committed but we have been training three times a week ever since. I mean if running in the rain on a camping weekend isn’t commitment then I don’t know what is! We would really appreciate any donations for such an incredible charity. And we promise we will run our socks off!
