In memory of
Grandad
In 2015, cancer crashed into our family and turned it upside down, taking my dear grandad from us. Since then it has touched more members of my family than it should ever be allowed to. People who know me will know that I have never been a natural runner, but race for life has always been an ambition. This year, I'm grabbing that chance and hoping to successfully run the whole 5k - spurred on by Jake, who is taking a break from his long distances to run with me!! I'll be running for everyone affected by this terrible disease as well as in memory of my grandad. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
