I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner.
My Story
I'm really lucky in that cancer hasn't affected anyone in my family, at least not at a tragically young age. But as I get older, and choir and church have expanded my social circles to include friends who are older than me, a few of my friends have been diagnosed with cancer over the past year. I've done the Race for Life twice before and absolutely loved it, and have just decided that this year I have no excuse whatsoever not to do it. Please do sponsor me - I will even attempt to run the whole thing this year! Thank you. Xxx

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour.
