My Story
I am raising money for Cancer Research because I want to turn something pretty negative into a positive. Unfortunately, cancer affects so many people and this cause is incredibly close to mine and my family's hearts. I am running the Cardiff half (even though I said after last year that i would never again!) because this is something that means so much to me and as painful as it was last year, the reasons why I am doing it again outweigh it all! It would mean the world if you could donate even a small amount but keep an eye out for my fundraising events which I am currently in the process of organising. I raised £1000 last year for cancer research and I am determined to beat that this year! Thank you! X

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
