My Story
I'm running the Great North Run in September and raising money for Cancer Research UK. Cancer affects so many people at some point in their lives, and funds for Cancer Research are so important to try and find treatments and cures. A big reason for wanting to support this charity is because one of my best friends from school, Jak, fought cancer towards the end of last year/earlier this year. He's been amazing and the best news is that he is now cancer free and in remission, and well and truly looking forward to the future!
