My Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my Giving Page. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m fundraising right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! 5 years ago I was given the diagnosis of breast cancer after finding a lump in my breast. My first lumpectomy was carried out on my birthday to which I then had to have another before my a consultant told me I had no other option but to have a full mastectomy. A single mum of 3 at the time and being 31 I felt my whole world had just been turned upside down. 5 years on and I’m cancer free and in addition to the family I now have a nearly 4 year old!
