I’m taking on Fitness February, an epic 28-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. I'm hoping to raise £280 - the equivalent of just £10 a day throughout February - to help fund life changing and life saving projects. Unfortunately the odds are against us when it comes to cancer and the rate currently stands at 1 in 3 people. But we can do something about our future by acting on it today.
