Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. May I just say at the start of this that I am not a runner. The last running I did was for my 40th birthday and I hated it however, I have just had a visit from a much loved family member who is living with cancer every day. She is funny, and full of devilment and love. This is for her, and for all those fighting every day. You are inspiring and a little shuffling and a bit of fundraising could make a difference. So this August, I’m jogging 31 miles in the month to help beat cancer. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. We can all play our part to support the research that will beat it. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
