My Story
I'm completing this challenge for my Mother and in memory of my Grandmother - two amazingly strong breast cancer survivors!!! Without the fantastic work from cancer research UK, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to spend 23 years with my Grandmother, and my Mother wouldn't be here today. My Mother's doctors supplied a continuous amount of support and the best treatment which fortunately led to her receiving "the all clear!!!" - a day I will never forget! So to express my thanks to everyone who helped, I will raise money for cancer research which will hopefully help other cancer patients. * I will also be doing this in memory of 6 more very special people who unfortunately lost their battle to cancer: Bampa and Nana, Auntie Jayne, Susan Daniel and 2 amazing friends - Jamie Richards and Mick Giles.
