2019 is the year I pledge to do more for charity and challenge myself, in aid of helping others and raising awareness.
1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work. I'm taking part in Bristol’s Race for Life 5k and the following week the Tough Mudder’s Urban 5k. I hope I can raise enough money to make even a small difference in people’s lives and hopefully learn to enjoy running!

Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
