Lakes in a day 50mile ultra run

Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I am fast approaching my biggest challenge to date a 50mile ultra marathon called lakes in a day. This challenge involves not only running and scrambling 50miles in a day with 4000metres of ascent but I have to rely on my own navigation skills to get me to the finish. For someone who has embarrassingly got themselves lost at Sherwood pines before this could well add upto a lot more than 50miles through wrong turns. The only saving grace is that I’m travelling from north to south from caldbeck to cartmel so if all goes pear shaped my compass should hopefully point me in the right direction.
