Cancer is something that we hear so often that it almost seems unsurprising. When we hear people are sick one of our first guesses is ‘is it Cancer?’ - as if we expect and accept it. But why do we? Have we all given up the fight to beat Cancer or do we think we can’t make a difference? When Cancer personally hits your family or friends it changes things beyond belief. The fight becomes one that your not just willing to take on but one you cannot lose! However, the battle can only be won with the right plan - which is hugely dependent on the crucial information that medical research gives us. And this is where a single person CAN make all the difference. With your donation - big or small - you can help support the people on the front line who are finding the cure to cancer. This is why we (Tracy, Danielle, Nicole, Kasia and Kylie) are participating in the Shine Night Walk as cancer has personally impacted all or us and we are determined to do what we can to beat cancer! We have chosen to raise money for lung cancer as Kylie's mum is currently fighting it and Nicole and Danielle's mum is a survivor of it.
