My Story
This September, I’m taking on Sweatember, an epic 30-day exercise challenge for Cancer Research UK. As most of you know, I do a lot of training throughout the week, so exercising everyday wouldn't be too difficult a challenge. Instead, what I'm going to do is train for at least two hours everyday. This will be a squeeze with my working day and the two hour commute but I'm determined that I can do it. I've lost friends to cancer, one in particular was Faith, a lovely girl who also thoroughly enjoyed staying fit and healthy. I'll be doing this with this in mind and for all of those that have been lost and those fighting today! There is success and lives have been saved, let's keep this great work going by raising more money. I will document my two hours of training each day on Strava and I'll share it to Facebook so you can follow what I do. I will incorporate active recovery training which may include walking and core exercises etc so I don't burn out. I will work hard to fight beyond my capabilities when I'm tired as people fighting cancer have no choice but to keep fighting and pushing themselves. Help me raise money to fund life-saving cancer research by sponsoring me. Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure.
