Death leaves a heartache no one can heal....
My Story
In October last year, my beloved dad lost his brave fight against cancer. His hopes, dreams and desires were all taken away from him without any warning. My dad worked endlessly to provide for us, his family, and in the end there was nothing we could do to help him or save him from his pain. Sadly, he wasn't and isn't the only one! So many have lost their lives to cancer and so many are waiting in the hope of surviving it. However, this isn't possible without the funding for good quality research! My friend Kally and I have pledged to complete a 10k Race for Life to help towards Cancer Research and we ask if you would be kind enough to sponsor us for a good cause. For those of you who know us, will know that we are not the sportiest and running is definitely something that will prove to be a tough challenge. We hope that, no matter how small, you are able to put a little something towards a great cause. Pennies make pounds! Thanking you in advance xx Donating through this page is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Cancer Research UK.

CAUSE
All Cancer Types
Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
