Me and Teresa Fernandes sometimes struggle with sugar cravings as were both getting old, now it's a good time to think about our health and cut out this demonic sugary menace that has taken control of our lives. The sadistic tempters and temptresses will no longer have control over us as we will be refusing all refined sugar until the end of the month.
