My Story

About this event:       We are delighted to confirm that the annual Rotary Dorset Bike ride will be taking place on Sunday 8  September 2019, from Longthorn Farm, Wareham. The Rotary Bike Ride has gained an excellent reputation for great routes through the Dorset Country lanes as well as being very well orgnaised and a great day out for all involved, to date the event has raised over £270,000 for life saving research. On the day:    Riders can expect routes to suit all abilities, from a family ride of just 10 miles to the returning challenging 100 mile route for hardened cyclists (there are also additional routes of 20,35,55, 70 & 80 miles). CAUSE

Bowel cancer

Over the past 40 years there's been dramatic progress in tackling bowel cancer and half of people diagnosed will now survive for at least 10 years. But with bowel cancer still claiming around 43 lives each day, more research still needs to be done. Help Cancer Research UK find new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat the disease.
