I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer sooner.

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life 5k to raise money and save lives.

I’m taking part for my wonderful friend Katy. After years (and lots of fun) as teenagers, we have grown together into adults and parents. The news that she is ill has devastated so many people, because she is so very loved. I am running/walking/ crawling this race with other people who know that Katy is strong, special, tough, loved and one in a million.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
