Kirsty's Race for Life
Glasgow Pretty Muddy 5k 2019
Sun 8 Sep 2019 - Sun 8 Sep 2019
In memory of
Ann and Kenny McDermott
2 years ago today I lost my Uncle Kenny. One of my favourite people who lived his life to the fullest right up until he lost his fight. This year my Gran wad also diagnosed with cancer for a second time after already winning her battle against ovarian cancer years ago. She sadly lost her battle last month. I know that this one will be tough but I'm doing it for Kenny and my Gran as well as for other family members and friends who have had cancer. Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking part in a Race for Life Pretty Muddy to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
