We are racing in memory of our mum, Jackie Fleet.
In memory of
Jacqueline Fleet
13th Nov 1955 - 5th Aug 2014
In February 2014, our wonderful Mum, Jacqueline Fleet was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. Despite her courage and strength to fight, undergo chemotherapy and radiotherapy, the cancer had metastasized to many areas of her body, including; kidney region, liver and spine and multiple areas of the brain. The cancer was too advanced resulting in her passing in August 2014. We are participating in the race for life on the 1st of July to fundraise for cancer research not only in memory of our beloved Mum, but for any individuals whom are affected and for those who may be affected in the future. If we all stand together and raise as much money to fund further research, those affected/ our loved ones may have a better chance of survival through more advanced treatments.
