My Story
I'm taking part in race for life , not just me but many of my family members and friends in memory of my amazing Nan Rita, who sadly lost a well fought battle to cancer on the 26th of February 2017. We see her bad days and we see her good days but no individual should lost there battle to this terrible illness, my Nan was diagnosed less than a year ago but we had hope , as we were told everything was going the way it should be , however in February we were told her cancer was spreading and that she didn't have long with us and she didn't. Her death has left us all heartbroken and devastated however has bought us much close which is why we want to do this for not just my Nan but everyone that is battling cancer or has unfortunately lost there battle. I'm greatful to have had such a loving and caring Nan like her ❤ CURE CANCER!
