In December last year Louis the barking mad Springer and love of my life was diagnosed with a melanoma. After having his toe amputated and several weeks in recovery he is now back to his normal bonkers self. There is little we can do to prevent the return of this aggressive form of cancer but hope that the wonderful people at Cancer Research UK can find cures. And if they can fix people then hopefully we can fix our beloved pets too. This March I'm letting my Louis take the lead on beating cancer and walking every single day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. Cancer Research UK are the only charity fighting over 200 types of cancer and receive no government funding for their work. Every step taken towards beating cancer relies on every pound donated.
