Kirsten's Race for Life
Nottingham 10k 2018
Sun 3 Jun 2018
On August 1st 2015, just 6 weeks after giving birth to my first baby I lost my dad to cancer. It started in 2013 and he went through chemotherapy and radiotherapy and was in remission in 2014. But it came back at the end of 2014, just after I had lost one of my closest friends to it as well. I have lost a few family members to this horrible disease. I am doing this to show that running 10K is nothing compared to what these amazing people and their families are going through. I will be running 10K to raise as much money as possible for cancer research! Thankyou for all of your support, even if you haven’t donated, sharing my page is still supporting me immensely!
