I’m raising as much as I can to beat cancer
In Kirktonholme we understand that anyone can be affected at any time by Cancer. It could be our Mum, Dad, Sister, Brother, Gran and Grandad and we want to support those people in our lives that we love by giving something back. That is why Kirktonholme Primary School will be holding a Race for Life event to raise money to help those affected and to help prevent Cancer. Nursery to Primary 3 will be taking part in an Obstacle Course and Primary 4 - Primary 7 will be joining in with a 30 minute fitness class held outdoors with a theme of 'we are all in this together'. Please help us raise funds by donating to our page and leaving your motivational messages. Thank-you Children & Staff of Kirktonholme Primary School.

Preventing cancer
Understanding the causes of different cancers and preventing more cases could save many thousands of lives. Help fund Cancer Research UK's research programmes that look into ways to help reduce people's risk of developing cancer.
