My Story
I'm taking part in the Race for Life again this year! Many forms of cancer have impacted my family - cancer has killed several, others have had scares. I'm participating to honour the memory of those who have left us, to acknowledge the strength of those still here, and to raise money to fund the vital research into understanding, diagnosing, treating, and preventing this disease from hurting so many people in the future.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
