I'm braving the Cold Water Challenge in November as many of you know I lost my Dad to cancer early in my life and my Mum has been treated for number of cancers! I've seen many friends battle this brutal disease, each time being touched by their courage. Whatever we raise is important. Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This November, I’m doing immersing myself in cold water every day of the month to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. 1 in 2 of us will get cancer in our lifetime. Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
