My Story
Cancer is happening right now, which isn't the only reason why i'm doing this. I was lucky enough to have someone come into my life, who has left an incredible impression on me, someone I will always look up to. Sadly my friend Louise fought so hard but lost her battle to cancer last year. We were truly robbed of an amazing soul - so I plan to do this for her, to raise some money to help the fight, to help others and maybe one day find a cure. After this run/ event, I will go home, pour myself a large pink gin, remember the laughs, goodprint parties, our car chats but most of all how amazing she was! This one's for Lou. If you could spare even just £1.00 I would be truly grateful and humble of your help. Always look for the good in every situation and this could be it. It might even lead onto something more challenging for Cancer Research, who knows maybe one day the London Marathon might be possible but for now there is no better starting point or person to do this for. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
