My Story
As most of my friends know, last year my Mum was diagnosed with breast cancer. My Mum is one of the lucky ones. After radiotherapy and amazing care from the doctors and nurses at Sheffield’s Hallamshire Hospital, she is a survivor. Me, my Mum, my two daughters, Erica and Heidi and my fantastic Aunties Lynn and Tracy will be taking part in this amazing event to raise money and awareness. So to honour the thousands of women that are currently fighting the fight of their lives, for the women recovering, for the women yet to be diagnosed, for the women who have sadly lost their lives....... We are doing this for them. Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate. But most of all, I am doing it for my amazing Mum who continues to make me proud everyday.
