Kieran's Race for Life

There's not many things worse than Cancer. Cancer does not give a shit, it will tear through your life like stray bull through a china shop. It robs people of their loved ones, and more often than not leaves anyone who survives it feeling less than whole. It's a cruel, aggressive and devastating disease. I've personally seen it cause some of my favourite people to fold in on themselves both mentally and physically as it ravaged their bodies, robbing them of themselves, their kids of their parents, their parents of their children. It's broken my heart more times than I care to think about, most recently it tried (and thankfully failed) to take my mum off me. So, I'm going to make adeal with you, if you can afford to put your hand in your pocket I'm going to haul my fat old body around Sefton Park as fast as I can on 10th July along with my brother and sisters.
