Thanks for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I have chosen to run the marathon for cancer research because, whilst I was lucky enough to grow up without feeling the effect of cancer, my wife and daughters can not say the same. Hopefully the money I raise from running the marathon will, in some small part, help stop another family having to go through everything my wife and her family went through. CAUSE
Brain cancer
Each year in the UK, more than 12,288 people are diagnosed with tumours that start in the brain or elsewhere in the central nervous system. With more than 100 different types of brain tumour, donations can help Cancer Research UK find out what causes them and develop better treatments to improve the outlook for patients.
