Earlier this year we (Kiera and Harriet) challenged ourselves to do the couch to 5K. After 9 long weeks of training through rain, snow and a mini heatwave, our determination to get fitter together pushed eachother through and we finally completed it! We now have the motivation to do more and take the next step… 10K?!?? Cancer is a disease close to the both of us. In the recent years Harriet has lost three extremely close family members to cancer- her Nanny, Auntie Claudine and Auntie Kirstine. In honour of these three incredible ladies, as well as others we have lost incredibly close to us, that we take on this challenge and do our bit to kick cancer’s ass!! *We are extremely grateful for any donation, no matter how big or small! Let’s do this! 💪🏽
