I'm once again ready & willing to kick cancers ass by raising as much money as I can to put towards the great research that is so greatly needed. Too many people in the world know how it feels to hear the world shattering "C Word" in a diagnosis from a Doctor, or from a loved one. I will never forget the day my mum and I found out she had NET cancer, a rare cancer that effects the glands which secrete hormones and other products directly into the blood. I last done this 10k almost 3 years ago, sadly my mum won't be there to see me at the finish line and this is the first year I felt I really wanted to do it again. In the past 3 years other loved ones & friends loved ones have passed. It's not something you wish anyone to go through so its that time again where I put my trainers on, run as fast as I can and hope that I can reach my target of £500 to help put Cancer to an end.
