I'm taking part in Race for Life to raise money to beat cancer

I’m running this 10k not only for all of my family, friends, colleagues, acquaintances and even strangers who have been affected by cancer but also, perhaps selfishly, for myself. I’m hoping to match or beat my 1hr 4 mins time on last June.

Running is fantastic for our physical and mental wellbeing and regular self-care is so important to making us able to deal with all the challenges life may throw at us.

1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Every single pound you donate makes a difference to Cancer Research UK’s groundbreaking work, so please sponsor me now.
