I have signed up for a 5k in July to help raise money for Cancer. My family have personal experience of the devastation Cancer can cause in a family and I am sure many of you know people that have been affected. Anyone that knows me, knows that this sort of event is totally out of character for me, I can't promise to run the whole 5k but I can promise that I will cross the finish line. My mum and both my boys are doing this with me so any support you can give would be greatly appreciated. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
