On the 8th of March i will be doing the David Goggins challenge. This is running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. Every single one of us has known, or knows someone with the devil which is cancer, I have just had a close family member pass away due to it. So for a brilliant cause, i want to raise as much as i can in order to help the ones must in need.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further.
