No alcohol. This January. For Cancer Research UK

Thanks for visiting my Giving Page.
I’m taking on Dryathlon & ditching the drink this January to blow away some cobwebs & start the year with a much needed health kick.
I’m guilty, like many, of enjoying a drink & don’t need much of an excuse to have one. I want to shake things up & instead of pouring a drink after a long hard day in work, I want to do something that will make me feel more energetic instead, like going for a run. I don’t drink to excess but I must admit not being able to drink anything at all will take some thinking about, especially when drinking is associated with so many different scenarios.
So instead of raising a glass I hope to raise a little bit of money for Cancer Research instead.
Raising money for a good cause will motivate me through January & hopefully I can continue with a new & improved version of me beyond that too.
Please if you can show your support by making a donation, however small. Not only will it spur me on but you will be making a difference to a charity that is close to everyone’s heart.
Thank you ♥️
