My Story
Thank you for reading my story. This will be my third year of completing the race for Life in memory of my Father in Law, Nigel. I have had numerous conversations with Nige, since he passed away, and in one I promised I would complete a Race for Life every year. This year, I'm even more determined to raise funds for Cancer research as we lost John, my step father in law, also to cancer. I have decided to set myself the challenge of attempting the 10K for the first time and if successful, then I will be completing this the day before John's birthday. Please help me to raise much need funds to enable Cancer Research Uk to continue its ground breaking work. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
