My Story
In honour of someone awesome who has just had good news. The most courageous woman I've ever met. This is tough, but nothing compared to how tough she is! Cancer is happening right now, which is why I'm taking on the challenge of Cancer Research UK's Tough 10 to raise money and save lives. 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
