My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. Cancer has touched my life in so many ways recently. Myself and 2 other family members have had a brush with skin cancer, I lost my dad to cancer in 2019 after a very brave and hard fought battle and so many friends I know have gone through their own journeys or are supporting loved ones through theirs. Jonathan and I have decided to step up to the challenge of walking 10,000 steps every day throughout the month of March to help beat cancer sooner. Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
