Verity
My Story
Walking is something, like many of us, that I’ve always taken for granted.... until my best friend was diagnosed with a rare spinal tumour and became paralysed from the waist. Verity was only 28 yrs old and was so incredibly brave, it happened so quickly and she was beautiful and dignified it the short time we had left. I want to raise money to continue the research that helps to learn about and fight all cancers.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
