Please can everyone donate as much or as little as you could afford to donate to such a wonderful charity, myself and a few other girls from work will be participating in the 5k muddy run this year, some of us who have family members who have sadly had there lives taken by this awful disease, and some of us because we want to make a change it's a experience we hope to help make a difference and help beat cancer.
