My Story
Hey All! The annual event is upon us again and as always I will be taking part in memory of my wonderful Step-Dad, Dennis Cartwright and my inspirational colleague, whom I had the pleasure to teach with, Maria Boardman. This year is particularly special... 1. It is my 10th race and 2. My dance teacher, Topaz, is leading the warm-up for the thousands in the crowd; and if anyone needs to see a true survivor and warrior woman, it's her! 1 in 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.
