My Story
Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. This March Scrappy and I will walk between 8,000 - 10,000 steps every single day of the month to raise money for Cancer Research UK. This may not sound much, but for a lazy old doggy and unfit nearly 40 year old it will be a challenge to get all those steps in! Cancer Research UK are the only charity fighting over 200 types of cancer and receive no government funding for their work. Cancer has had a huge impact on my family, my Mum has had breast cancer, my Grandma sadly passed away from pancreatic cancer, and recently both my Father-in-law and my Step-Father have been diagnosed within weeks of each other with prostate cancer. Every step taken towards beating cancer relies on every pound donated. Please show your support by sponsoring me.

Cancer is complex. There are over 200 types of cancer, most of which have different biology and behaviour. With your support, our dedicated researchers can continue to discover better ways to prevent, detect and treat this disease, and bring about a world where everybody lives longer, better lives, free from the fear of cancer.
